Quick & Easy Banana and Coconut Cake

I normally try to avoid baking…if I bake it I eat it.

Our house is generally a cake free zone due…. to my lack of self control!

But with Kindy back in full swing I decided to whip up a cake a la Martha Stewart style

. I was so pleased with (myself) the result that I thought I would share the recipe with you.
