Australia’s number one Interior and Design event is back again for another year. The Decor +Design show is a stunning array of the latest Design and Interior Trends from Australia. If you’re a Stylist, Designer, Wholesaler, Shop or Interior Enthusiast this event is not to be missed!
I headed along to the Melbourne Exhibition Centre on Friday to take a peek at the next wave of Interior and Design trends heading our way. Here are some of my standouts.
Luckily for us, US based ModShop have recently brought their stunning range of Holywood Regency, Mod 60’s inspired furniture range to Australia. With their divine range of on trend Velvet textures and blush and Gold accents, ModShop was an absolute standout for me.
I couldn’t help but be drawn to Melbourne based Abstract artist, Catherine Hiller’s stunning range of beautifully bold paintings. These stunning pieces are the perfect statement for any space.
Grand Designs Home Collection’s stand was one of the most visually appealing displays at the show. Inspired by the Grand Designs Australia tv show, their beautifully made range of decor and Furniture features stunning textures and versatile pieces to suit a wide demographic.
Inspired by natural elements, Casey Freeman’s ethereal Ink paintings are truly stunning. Featuring beautiful blues inspired by the Ocean, and moody tones reminiscent of a moon drenched Forrest, Casey’s artwork is truly beautiful.
Innovatec was another one of my favourites from the show. Their beautifully curated range includes Scandinavian inspired pieces paired with on trend velvets and pastel hues. This dining set was an absolute stunner.
I’ve long been a fan of this Melbourne based Lighting company, offering a unique and creative range of lighting solutions for both residential and commercial. With over 20 years experience in the industry, this team now their stuff!
Space to Create had me at the Pink Velvet Ottoman..Wow! Their decor and Furniture range is what dreams are made of. Offering a modern Australian aesthetic with on trend textures and colours, Space to Create have definitely found a winning combination.
The Decor Design Show is on until Sunday the 23rd of July at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. Keep an eye out on their website to find out when the next Show is.
